We are seeking a skilled BIM Specialist with a solid background in architecture, structure, and MEP modeling to support the creation of top-quality BIM deliverables from point cloud data.

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate BIM models from point cloud data (Scan to BIM) across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
• Create BIM models with different Levels of Detail (LOD / LOI) according to project/client’s requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with BIM standards, BEP specifications, and internal quality guidelines.
• Perform quality control to verify geometric and dimensional accuracy against point clouds.
• Produce technical documentation derived from the model (drawings, views, sections, etc.).
• Provide technical support to other team members.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• +2 years of professional experience in BIM software and modeling tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
• Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other Autodesk tools.
• Experience modeling across multiple disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP - mandatory).
• Proven track record of delivering projects following BIM methodologies and best practices.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in German (written and spoken).
