Your Role: Bilingual Workforce Manager
- 🤝 Serve as the primary liaison between client managers, local offices, and contract employees, including participating in client meetings.
- 💼 Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing high-quality contractors.
- 🏢 Manage the temporary workforce directly at the client site.
- 📊 Assist with internal and client reporting as needed.
- 🛠️ Resolve conflicts using available Aerotek resources.
- 💬 Perform various customer service activities to ensure client and employee satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits 💰🎉
The position offers a competitive base salary and performance incentives:
- Base Salary: $54,000 per year
- Performance Bonus: Up to $2,000 annually
