Your Role: Bilingual Workforce Manager

• 🤝 Serve as the primary liaison between client managers, local offices, and contract employees, including participating in client meetings.
• 💼 Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing high-quality contractors.
• 🏢 Manage the temporary workforce directly at the client site.
• 📊 Assist with internal and client reporting as needed.
• 🛠️ Resolve conflicts using available Aerotek resources.
• 💬 Perform various customer service activities to ensure client and employee satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits 💰🎉

The position offers a competitive base salary and performance incentives:

• Base Salary: $54,000 per year
• Performance Bonus: Up to $2,000 annually
