Position Overview

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour + Commission and Bonuses
Location: In person

Wireless Sales Representative Job Functions

• Generate leads and close sales effectively.
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and deposits.
• Conduct inventory counts and communicate sales goals to store teams.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Maintain store visual standards and stay updated on product features.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations.
• Greet customers and respond to their queries warmly.
• Maintain a well-stocked and presentable store environment.
• Actively seek out and engage customers within the store.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and available options.
• Process purchases using POS systems and handle returns efficiently.
• Cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality customer service.
• Build trustful relationships with customers and suggest ways to improve sales strategies.
• Follow inventory procedures and control stock accurately.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Basic Math skills and understanding of sales principles.
• Experience with POS transactions and inventory procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic personality with a customer service focus.
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle customer complaints effectively.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
