We are seeking an experienced, proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee and execute daily operations at our Texas facility. This role demands leadership, hands-on involvement, and accountability to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency within the warehouse environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily warehouse activities at the TX site, including shipping, receiving, and inventory flow
• Ensure accurate processing of picking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders
• Maintain warehouse standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Coordinate facility maintenance with vendors and oversee equipment upkeep
• Be present and hands-on whenever the operation calls for direct involvement

Inventory & Process Control

• Own receiving, put-away, and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Identify and resolve errors, damages, shrinkage, and process gaps
• Monitor data closely and interpret reports to inform actions
• Proactively prevent issues before they occur

People Management & Accountability

• Lead, train, and manage warehouse team members
• Enforce attendance, safety, and company policies
• Uphold high standards of execution and accountability
• Work alongside the team when operational needs arise

📝 Requirements

• Proven end-to-end warehouse management experience
• Forklift certification and solid safety knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with inventory data and reporting
• Reliable, consistent, and driven to execute
• Willingness to lead from the floor, not from an office
