About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you'll be the face and voice of the company, creating meaningful connections through scheduled visits, demonstrations, and personalized tech solutions. Thrive on the challenge to meet and exceed sales goals while earning uncapped commissions — top earners can make up to $100,000!
Expected Compensation
Our new team members earn between $60,530 to $100,000, combining base salary and uncapped commissions. Actual starting salary varies based on:
- Geography
- Experience and expertise
- Education and training
Salary is contingent upon meeting or surpassing sales targets.
Your Daily Responsibilities
You'll independently deliver tailored sales experiences to customers, including:
- Conducting hands-on demos of AT&T products
- Performing Wi-Fi assessments
- Tech delivery and resolving customer issues
- Keeping customers connected to what matters most

- Sales Skills: Utilize strong negotiation and communication to close deals effectively.
Qualifications & Expectations
- At least 1+ years of commission-based sales experience; outside sales preferred
- Proven success in achieving sales targets
- Strong upselling techniques to maximize customer value
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a company vehicle for official business
- Flexible schedule to meet customers’ needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Successful background check, including drug screening, criminal, and motor vehicle records
