About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you'll be the face and voice of our brand—connecting with customers through scheduled appointments to introduce the latest technologies and services. Each interaction is an opportunity to demonstrate value through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most to them.
Compensation & Rewards 🎯
- Estimated annual earnings range from $60,530 to $100,000, combining salary and uncapped commissions.
- Top earners can achieve up to $100,000 annually.
- Potential earnings are influenced by geography, experience, expertise, and sales performance.
How You Will Succeed
- Participate in paid training to prepare for independent field work, with ongoing coaching and mentorship.
- Engage with existing customers daily through scheduled appointments, focusing on warm prospects.
- Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and exceed sales targets.
Key Qualifications & Expectations 🔑
- Minimum 1+ years of commission-based sales experience; outside sales experience preferred.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive a company vehicle (for business use only).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer needs.
- Success contingent upon passing a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.
