What You Can Earn 💰

Our new representatives typically earn between $60,530 to $100,000, which includes base salary and uncapped commissions. Your starting salary will depend on factors like geography, experience, expertise, and education. Your ability to meet or exceed sales goals directly impacts your compensation.

Your Role & Responsibilities 🤝

As the face and voice of AT&T, you'll work independently to deliver tailored sales interactions during scheduled appointments. Your duties include:

• Providing hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments
• Handling tech deliveries and resolving issues
• Keeping customers connected to what matters most

Getting Started & Training 🚀

We’ll kick off with paid training designed to prepare you for independent success in the field. Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities will keep you up-to-date and tech-savvy.

• Engage daily with existing customers through scheduled appointments
• Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills
• Effectively pivot strategies to close deals

What We Look For in a Candidate ✅

• Minimum 1 year of commission sales experience — outside sales preferred
• Proven success in achieving sales targets
• Skilled in upselling techniques to add value and boost customer satisfaction
• Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (company-provided for official use)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Successful background check including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle report
