Position Overview 🏦

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based at our Rosenhayn, NJ financial center located at 755 Morton Ave. Candidates must be flexible to work around branch hours, which do not include Sundays.

As a Financial Center Associate, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience with enthusiasm, facilitate transactions, promote banking products, and help customers achieve their financial goals. Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) is required.

Responsibilities 📋

• Assist clients: Handle teller transactions accurately following bank policies and procedures.
• Promote products and services: Recognize referral opportunities, foster relationship-building conversations, and ensure customer needs are met with appropriate solutions.
• Manage risk: Maintain compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures related to operational security, settlement, and safety — using sound judgment to mitigate loss.
• Leverage digital solutions: Utilize knowledge of digital banking tools to support customers and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications ✅

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience

• 6 to 12 months customer service experience (Required)
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred)

Additional Duties & Compliance 🗂️

Employees may be assigned additional responsibilities by their manager. All team members must read, understand, and adhere to company compliance programs, policies, and regulations, completing required training by specified deadlines. This includes identifying and escalating compliance risks within their departments.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Salary Range 💵

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $17.25 to $24.23.

This role may also participate in a short-term incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
