We are excited to expand our team with a talented Bilingual Telesales Manager.

Position Overview

As a Bilingual Telesales Manager, you will lead and manage our outbound sales team, drive lead generation efforts, and execute effective business development strategies. This full-time role is perfect for a proactive leader who has a passion for sales, coaching, and motivating teams to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
• Drive lead generation initiatives to increase sales opportunities
• Develop and implement business development strategies
• Coach and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Strong inside sales and lead generation skills
• Ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency with CRM tools to track interactions and update lead information accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
