A Day in the Life of a Store Manager 🕒

• Sales: Set and achieve daily/weekly sales goals, oversee sales activities, approve rental agreements, monitor revenue and growth
• Account Management: Manage collections, follow-up on accounts, approve customer commitments, provide leadership and training for compliance
• Leadership: Drive store profits, manage resources, ensure policy compliance, safeguard assets, oversee inventory, pricing, cash handling, and security
• Coworker Management: Train and develop staff, organize daily activities, recruit and hire, enhance retention, and deliver exceptional customer service

Minimum Requirements ✅

• 3-5 years of retail/management experience
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program
• Proficiency in store operation software
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (you will be driving company vehicles)
