Responsibilities

• 👥 Lead & Supervise: Guide store staff to meet sales targets, deliver top-tier customer service, and uphold operational standards.
• 📝 Recruit & Onboard: Hire and train new team members to build a high-performing retail team.
• 💰 Manage Daily Operations: Handle cash transactions, POS systems, inventory control, and merchandising.
• 🎯 Develop Sales Strategies: Promote wireless products and services, optimize pricing, and create effective promotional displays.
• 🗓️ Admin & Scheduling: Oversee payroll, employee scheduling, staff training, and performance reviews.
• 📦 Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, oversee purchasing, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• 🤝 Foster Team Morale: Cultivate a positive environment through clear communication, leadership, and coaching to motivate your team.

Skills & Qualifications

• ✅ Proven management experience in retail sales or wireless store environments with strong supervisory skills.
• 🗣️ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• 📋 Strong organizational skills capable of multitasking across inventory, cash handling, payroll, and admin duties.
• 🛠️ Knowledge of POS systems, retail math, pricing strategies, merchandising, and marketing fundamentals.
