We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Bilingual Teller (Spanish/English) to join our Retail Bank team in Tampa, FL 33607.

Position Overview

As a Teller at PNC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer financial wellbeing by delivering personalized service, educating customers about banking options, and identifying opportunities to meet their needs. Your day will involve engaging with customers, processing transactions, and referring banking solutions to appropriate branch staff. Your efforts will help foster customer loyalty and reinforce PNC’s reputation for excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalized customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and building loyalty, while increasing share of wallet.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions efficiently, providing education on financial alternatives and leveraging technology.
  • Identify banking opportunities through meaningful conversations and refer relevant products/services to branch staff.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities, connecting with customers to understand and meet their financial needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Ensure all teller and branch operations are completed accurately, adhering to policies and procedures.
