Overview

Overall Purpose: Achieve sales objectives and drive revenue growth for strategic consumer products at designated locations, partnering with property managers through contractual marketing relationships.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Relationship Development & Management 🤝

    Serve as the primary contact for property managers, leasing staff, and decision-makers within your territory. Conduct regular meetings to understand client needs, address concerns, and explore new business opportunities.

  • Develop and Implement Sales Programs 🚀

    Create and execute sales initiatives aligned with strategic goals, ensuring successful deployment across all channels.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination 🤝

    Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to manage and deliver programs on schedule and within budget.

  • Training and Sales Enablement 🎓

    Develop training materials and coach the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

  • Market and Customer Analysis 📊

    Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and gather insights to refine sales strategies.

  • Process Improvement 🔧

    Evaluate and optimize current sales processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications 🎯

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within property management, real estate, or B2B environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple on-site events effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and reporting tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.

Position Level & Requirements

Role: Mid-level Sales Representative

Knowledge: Moderate understanding of sales principles, practices, products, and services.

Responsibilities: Manage small to mid-size sales with ongoing supervision, overseeing a small to moderate quota or territory. Use company policies and judgment to resolve customer issues or identify new opportunities.

Supervisor: No

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of relevant sales experience.

Compensation & Rewards 💰
