Overview

At Symphony ABA, we're committed to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you'll implement behavioral intervention plans, assist with client care, and uphold HIPAA regulations, all within a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized care plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
• Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence and skill development
• Monitor and document client behavior and progress, maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment strategies
• Support therapy sessions to ensure a safe and supportive environment
• Educate clients and their families about behavioral health concepts and strategies
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish speaking
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism (preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices (advantageous)
• Familiarity with care plans and applied behavior analysis principles
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate client assistance
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical standards
