Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel, ensuring clear and effective communication 📞
• Record and relay messages accurately while maintaining confidentiality 🔒
• Greet and assist clients, customers, and visitors with a positive and attentive demeanor 😊
• Oversee scheduling and organization of conference rooms to ensure availability and proper setup 🗓️
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage staff calendars as needed ✈️📅

• Perform other general receptionist duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is a must 🇪🇸
