Position Overview

Bilingual Spanish Inbound Customer Service Agent - Consumer Relations (Remote) 🌍

Location: Multiple states including Rapid City, SD; Austin, TX; Columbia, SC; Columbus, OH; Jackson, MS; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; Oklahoma City, OK; Salt Lake City, UT; Sioux Falls, SD.

How You'll Make a Difference

As a Bilingual Remote Consumer Advocate with ASI/GE Appliances, you will:

  • Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish 🗣️
  • Create outstanding service experiences for GE Appliance consumers
  • Advocate internally for satisfactory resolutions

Compensation & Training Details 💰

  • Base rate of $17.85/hour + incentives based on quality scores — paid weekly
  • Training: 10 weeks, full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (CST)
  • Post-training shifts: 8 hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (CST), Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated case resolution using multiple Windows-based programs
  • Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to resolve concerns
  • Negotiate and find creative solutions that benefit both customers and GE Appliances
  • Coordinate with stakeholders like technicians and dispatchers
  • Gather and surface customer concerns with suggested resolutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction before case closure
  • Adhere to work schedules, policies, and values with integrity

Candidate Requirements 🎯

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1-year call-center experience
  • Minimum 2-years escalated customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Experience working remotely (preferred)

  • Work environment must be well-lit and climate-controlled
