FULL DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all times including OSHA logs and investigations.
• Time cards for employees
• Expense reports
• Assist with Payroll Processing (Paychex)
• 60-day enrollment
• Employee termination and plan cancellations
• Qualifying events (birth, divorce, death, child's 26th birthday etc)
• Open enrollment
• ACA Reporting
• Monthly workers comp report
• Injury Reporting & Log Updates
• Track employee injuries
• Attend claim calls
• Recruit ads and networking
• Review resumes & applications
• Interview potential hiring candidates
• Recommendation on hiring
• Harassment Training
• Health benefits
• General safety
• Benefit explanation (tool allowance, vacation +sick, health, cal savers)
• Review Periods
• Standardizing employee review process
• Retirement Program
• Disciplinary Tracking
• Review/Positive Reinforcement
• PTO Request +tracking
• Birthday, anniversary, etc.
• Holiday parties, company event planning
• Onboarding
• 60-day training program & review
• EDD, FMLA, State withholding orders

Salary Range: $30-33/hr
