We are hiring talented Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in Spanish & English or Cantonese/Chinese & English to support one of the country’s leading healthcare providers. This is a fully remote opportunity based in Oregon State.

Job Responsibilities <✨>

• Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
• Adherence to Procedures: Follow outlined instructions, processes, and policies to ensure quality service
• Communication: Interact effectively with patients and medical professionals
• Information Gathering: Obtain necessary patient details to deliver exceptional customer support
• Work Ethic & Attendance: Maintain reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Shift Work: Be available to work a 40-hour weekly shift

Details & Compensation

• Salary: $16.00 per hour 💵
• Expected Hours: 40 hours per week ⏰
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 8 hours daily
