About this Role ✨

The Emerging Markets Account Executive is responsible for driving new business acquisitions within emerging markets. Your main duties will include converting inbound demand, generating new leads through referrals, and delivering personalized experiences to our customers. You're expected to showcase how Toast’s all-in-one digital platform can transform restaurant operations, demonstrating this in the preferred language of your clients—primarily Spanish—and communicating effectively with our internal team in English.

Responsibilities 📝

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads within your supported market
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in your customer's preferred language
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer's preferred language
• Support a successful onboarding process to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
• Understand your market’s competitive landscape to position Toast effectively

Requirements ✔️

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Spanish is essential
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on feedback and growth

• Experience in restaurant operations
• Proficiency with Salesforce for managing sales activities

Compensation 💰

The estimated Total Targeted Cash Compensation Range for this role is between $118,000—$189,000 USD. This includes base salary, commissions, benefits, and equity (if eligible). Starting salary will be based on skills, experience, and location, with uncapped commissions possible.
