About this Role ✨

The Emerging Markets Account Executive will be responsible for supporting new business acquisition within emerging markets. Your main tasks include converting inbound demand, uncovering new opportunities through referrals, and delivering a tailored experience to customers overcoming language barriers. You will demonstrate how Toast’s end-to-end platform benefits restaurants and show how it enables them to operate more efficiently. Daily activities involve calls, emails, product demos, reviewing quotes, and sending contracts—all in the preferred language of your clients.

Location & Work Environment 🌍🏡

This is a field sales role based out of a personal home office. Candidates must reside near Dallas, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area.

Responsibilities 📝

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in your supported market
• Conduct discovery calls & product demos in your customer’s preferred language
• Create and review quotes and contracts tailored to your clients’ language
• Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure post-sale success
• Analyze the competitive landscape to best position Toast in your market

Do You Have the Right Ingredients? 🥄

• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing both Spanish and English
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on feedback and growth

• Familiarity with Salesforce for managing sales activities

Compensation Range 💰

The estimated Total Targeted Cash range for this role is:

• $119,000 — $190,000 USD

This includes base salary, commission, and potential equity or benefits. Salary offerings will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.
