Start Date & Compensation

• Start Date: December 9, 2025, through March 31, 2026
• Hourly Wage: $14.50/hour for Bilingual Spanish speakers (W2 Employee)

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Temporary
• Location: 100% Remote
• Orientation: December 9, 2025, from 7:00 AM PST to 2:30 PM PST
• Training Schedule: December 10-19, 2025, Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• Note: Must have open availability, including weekends. Most shifts may start at 3 PM PST.

What We’re Looking For 👀

• Fluent Bilingual: Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Experience: Call center or customer service background
• Remote Work Experience: A plus
• Tech Skills: Ability to navigate multiple systems easily
• Reliability: 100% attendance required for orientation and training—no exceptions
• Availability: Must be available including weekends

Computer & Equipment Requirements 💻

• Device: Windows 11 based PC (No Macs or Chromebooks)
• Monitors: Dual monitors for multitasking
• Memory: At least 16 GB of RAM (12 GB accessible)
• CPU Usage: Should be 50% or less
• Internet Connection: Ethernet (RJ-45) port required; Wi-Fi not allowed

Internet Speed Verification ⚡

• Download speed is 20 Mbps or higher
• Upload speed is 10 Mbps or higher
• Ping is 20 MS or less

Important: These speeds will be verified during your interview. Join the interview from your actual work computer, with your camera on and ready to share your screen. Do not use a cellphone for the interview.
