What Does a Bilingual Senior Account Manager Do? 🎯

This role is responsible for managing and cultivating strategic relationships within the Americas region, overseeing all network business, and identifying new revenue opportunities across Collinson’s product lines in Loyalty, Travel Experiences, Insurance, and Assistance.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

Client Engagement & Growth

  • Manage and grow assigned accounts primarily with credit card issuing institutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive long-term profit and revenue growth.
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Lead professional communication and cross-functional interactions with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain existing accounts while crafting long-term retention and growth strategies.
  • Position Collinson Travel Experiences as a leader in airport VIP lounge access solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and compliance to contractual requirements.

Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Develop new product and service offerings that align with market needs.
  • Deploy targeted customer experience campaigns to increase revenue and retention.

What You'll Need to Succeed 🚀

  • Interest in travel and the financial services industries.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, build relationships, and manage sales cycles.
  • Strong conceptual, strategic, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
  • Leadership skills to manage and guide direct reports.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international trips.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years B2B account management experience or equivalent.
  • Industry experience with financial institutions or credit card services preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
