We’re Hiring! 🎯 Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Licensed Therapists

Are you a compassionate and qualified mental health professional? Join our team to provide impactful therapy to children and adolescents within Dundalk and Baltimore County schools. We offer both W2 Fee-for-Service and 1099 positions with unlimited earning potential! 💸

Please note: This role is specifically for licensed therapists, not guidance counselors.

Therapist Job Responsibilities ✏️

• Manage an assigned caseload, providing ongoing therapy sessions
• Complete psychosocial assessments
• Document sessions and other notes in our cloud-based EHR
• Create person-centered treatment plans as needed

Qualifications, Education, and Experience 🎓

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
• Master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Licensed to practice mental health therapy in Maryland
• Psychotherapy experience in community settings preferred
• Successful background check
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
