About The Role

As a Bilingual Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Spanish-speaking sales representatives, guiding their efforts to acquire high-capacity businesses on Thumbtack. Your insights will drive team growth, improve sales strategies, and boost revenue. 📈

What You'll Do

  • Maintain team morale & achieve goals: Set targets, coach, and streamline sales processes in a dynamic environment.
  • Train & mentor: Support current team members and new hires in sales strategies, scripting, and remote work best practices.
  • Provide feedback: Collaborate with Sales Operations & Enablement to enhance workflows and identify training needs.
  • Become product an expert: Clearly communicate Thumbtack’s value to business professionals as part of their growth strategy.
  • Performance management & documentation: Oversee daily sales activities, ensure accuracy, and complete reconciliation.
  • Other duties as needed

In Order to Be Successful, You Must Bring

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Solution-based selling expertise: Align prospect goals and needs with product solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset: Share techniques and success stories with peers.
  • Experience with CRM & sales tools: Preferably Salesforce.
  • Sales & management experience: Minimum 3 years in sales and 2-3 years in sales management.

Expected Salary Ranges

  • San Francisco / Bay Area, San Jose, New York City, Seattle: $110,500 - $143,000
  • Austin, TX, Washington, DC, CA, MA, NJ, WA: $99,500 - $128,700
  • All other US locations: $93,900 - $121,600

Note: Actual salaries vary based on factors like qualifications, experience, and role level.
