Role & Responsibilities 🎯

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Sales Director to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Directing our Sales Coordinators and sales team to capture and follow up on leads.
• Designing and implementing strategies to meet the firm’s sales objectives and growth expectations.
• Analyzing and improving our sales processes to align with the firm’s strategic goals.

Are You the Ideal Candidate? 🤝

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, service sales, chat sales, or call center sales (BPO).
• Proactive and organized with excellent communication skills.
• Kind and empathetic personality.
• Passionate about building interpersonal relationships and helping others.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Willing to travel at least twice a year ✈️.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
