Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• 🤝 Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique advertising needs.
• 🎯 Design customized advertising solutions aligned with clients’ marketing goals.
• 📝 Negotiate and close advertising contracts that deliver long-term value.
• 💼 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• 📊 Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• 🇺🇸🇪🇸 Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 💼 Proven sales experience, ideally in media, advertising, or marketing.
• 🤝 Strong prospecting, networking, and presentation skills.
• 🎯 Ability to develop tailored solutions that address specific client goals.
• 🤝 Confident in negotiating and closing deals.
