Essential Duties and Responsibilities 🛠️

This role offers exposure to and impact across the entire supply chain process with our customers:

• Enhance Customer Experience: Improve service, engage customers, and promote organic growth.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions.
• Event Coordination: Arrange travel, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Account Support: Assist Account Executives with account management tasks.
• Data Management: Perform data entry for order updates and changes.
• Discrepancy Resolution： Resolve promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing issues.
• Customer Communication: Contact customers directly when necessary.
• Customer Support： Assist with orders, account status, and problem resolution.
• Internal Collaboration： Work with internal departments for order coordination and delivery.
• Reporting: Provide data or reports to the sales team as needed.
• Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements 🎓

• High School Degree or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel 10–30% of the time.
