Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service: Be compassionate and attentive to customer needs.
• Build value: Offer personalized solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent our brand: Uphold professionalism and courtesy as a Cricket Wireless ambassador.
• Support store operations: Assist leadership with daily duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs: Drive sales and earn bonuses.
• Participate in outside events: Engage in community and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition. Participation will require prior notice, and may include engaging with customers, distributing marketing materials, and supporting event setup or breakdown.

Qualifications

• 🗣️ Fluent in two or more languages: English and Spanish required.
• Effective communicator: Strong attitude and technical aptitude.
• Customer service excellence: Honest, integral, and dedicated.
• Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• 🛠️ Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Reside within 30 minutes of the store with flexibility to work across multiple locations as needed.
• Proficient in operating a personal computer.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance while adhering to the Team Color policy.

Working Conditions ⚙️

• Lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking tasks.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods to provide excellent customer service (with or without reasonable accommodations).
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow instructions thoroughly and effectively.
• Problem-solve efficiently under pressure.
