What You'll Do

• Engage Customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach to help them explore options and find the right solutions.
• Be Part of the Community by participating in events, managing online orders, and making outbound calls to current and potential customers.
• Work a Flexible Schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Seniority-based schedules are provided 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay Up-to-Date with evolving technology and sales strategies in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and openness to change are key!
• No sales experience? No problem! We equip you with the tools, training, and coaching to succeed. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Earnings 💸

Our Part-Time Retail Sales Consultants earn between $19.46 - $22.46 per hour, plus an average of $6,850 in annual commissions when sales goals are met. Working 20-24 hours per week, you can expect an average total compensation of approximately $53,364 per year. Salary ranges may vary based on location, experience, and training.
