What to Expect

• Consultative Sales Approach: Guide customers through their options on the sales floor, showcasing your drive and passion for helping people.
• Community Engagement: Participate in events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to current and prospective customers.
• Flexible Schedule: Work between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with schedules planned 2 weeks in advance based on seniority.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Stay adaptable to technology changes and evolving customer needs.
• Experience: Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? No problem! We will provide the training, tools, and coaching needed for your success.

Compensation & Bonus Opportunities

Our Retail Sales Consultants earn an hourly wage between $18.49 - $20.45 plus commissions exceeding $13,700 when sales goals are met. Top performers can make up to $62,460 per year with uncapped commission potential. Salary may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and education.
