Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product recommendations and assistance 🛍️
• Operate POS system and process transactions accurately 💳
• Restock merchandise and maintain eye-catching displays 🎨
• Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting 🧼
• Follow store policies and supervisor instructions
• Report issues or concerns promptly 🚨

Qualifications

• Japanese language proficiency required (spoken and conversational) 🗣️
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, dependable, and positive attitude 😊
• Ability to multitask and stand for extended periods
• Team player with respect for a diverse customer base 🤝
• Interest in anime, manga, or pop culture is a plus (not mandatory)
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
