Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Resident Assistant for Casa del Monte Mobile Home Park located at 6151 Forest Hill Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33415. If you enjoy helping others, being active in the community, and guiding residents to follow community rules, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Issue weekly violations based on community standards
• Community Patrol: 70% outside walking; 30% in-office administrative work
• Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service to residents
• Maintain firm adherence to company policies and procedures
• Ensure 100% resident compliance with community rules and violations
• Achieve a 95% resident satisfaction rate
• Keep an organized and efficient office workspace
• Assist management with violation issuance and timely follow-up for corrections

Position Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales/marketing, mobile home property management, or compliance roles
• Customer Service: Proven experience in customer service, including conflict resolution
• Physical Activity: Ability to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Efficiency & Attention to Detail: Meets deadlines and maintains high standards
• Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities including phone etiquette
• Technical Skills: Proficient with computer platforms; eagerness to learn new tools
• Community Knowledge: Willingness to read and understand rules, regulations, and standards
