We have partnered with a client seeking a Bilingual Production Supervisor in Mesquite, TX!

Salary: $45k-$55k/yrSchedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm (Flexible during Peak season - The company just entered peak season and are currently working Fridays)Location: Mesquite, TXPosition Type: DIRECT HIRE

Industry: Manufacturer of consumer and industrial pressure washers and other outdoor powerequipment.

Position Scope: Supervise team members in a manufacturing environment: plan and assign work, apply policies and procedures, recommend improvements in methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions while meeting or exceeding established production requirements.

• A candidate who is energetic, can multi-task and problem solve, and has the drive and motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting in an expanding business.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions, and report any deficiency promptly to management team
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments
• Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and/or efficiency.
• Direct, coordinate, and monitor the activities of employees engaged in the paint department.
• Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs
• Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services.
• Maintain operations data, such as cycle time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results.
• Ensure inventory levels are adequate to meet production demands.

Education/Certification:

• Proficient in English and Spanish.
