Position: Bilingual IT Project Manager / PMO / Business Analyst (BA)

We are currently seeking a Bilingual IT Project Manager (PM), PMO, or Business Analyst (BA) to support projects for Japanese financial institutions across the U.S., primarily within the banking, securities, and insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities 💼

• Support and manage IT projects for Japanese financial institutions in the U.S.
• Manage project schedules, track issues, and handle risks.
• Coordinate communication between Japanese and U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and prepare detailed documentation.
• Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and support documentation creation.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
• Provide overall project coordination and PMO support.

Required Qualifications ✅

• 3+ years of experience in IT projects within banking, securities, or insurance industries.
• Experience as a PM, PMO, or Business Analyst.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English, including active participation in meetings.
• Currently residing within the United States (for remote work arrangements).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. or eligibility for visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

• Knowledge of Capital Markets / Treasury operations (FX, Derivatives, Swap Products).
• Experience with financial system implementation or migration projects.
• Familiarity with financial platforms like Murex, Calypso, or Summit.
• Experience supporting Japanese financial institutions.
• Background in global or cross-border projects.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

Additional Details 📋

• Visa: Sponsorship available. Preference for candidates with existing U.S. work authorization.
• Location: NY / NJ Area
• Duration: 6 months to 1 year (with potential extension)
• Annual Salary: Starting from $140,000 USD+, based on experience
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding lunch)
• Work Style: Primarily onsite, hybrid/full remote flexible depending on experience
