Position Overview

As a Full-Time Bilingual Branch Banker (English/Spanish), you'll be based in Hazle Township, PA, working within PNC's Retail Branch Banking organization. This role is office-based, fostering a collaborative, supportive culture where employees thrive. 📝 Job Description

  • Customer Acquisition & Relationship Development: Grow and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Identify opportunities to enhance customers' financial wellbeing and collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand their share of wallet.
  • Sales & Client Engagement: Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calls, service-to-sales approaches, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, all aimed at increasing client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC solutions during every client interaction.
  • Community & Ecosystem Partnership: Leverage community Centers of Influence and ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain customer relationships.
  • Customer Loyalty & Product Education: Create a differentiated customer experience to foster loyalty. Educate clients on managing their finances using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Problem Resolution & Risk Management: Use product and procedural knowledge to address and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring compliance with all policies and minimizing risk.
  • Branch Operations: Participate in daily branch operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Work Experience & Education
