Provide exceptional service in a dynamic banking environment, handling transactions, promoting bank products, and supporting diverse customer needs. 🌟
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Transactions: Under supervision, deliver excellent customer service by processing cash receipts and payments in a high-volume sales environment. 💰
- Account Evaluation & Cross-Selling: Assess customer relationships—both new and existing—to recommend suitable bank products and services. 🤝
- Policy Compliance: Follow established bank policies and supervisor guidance diligently. 📋
- Goals & Performance: Achieve personal monthly targets for new account openings as directed by management. 🎯
- Sales & Prospecting: Engage in active in-store prospecting to identify new sales opportunities. 🛍️
- Transaction Processing: Handle deposits and payouts accurately, record all transactions, and reconcile daily balances. 🧾
- Cash Handling & Verification: Receive and verify cash and checks, inspecting for counterfeit notes and endorsements. 🔍
- Transaction Entry & Documentation: Record transactions digitally, issue receipts, and prepare banking documents such as money orders, cashier’s checks, wires, and CDs. 📝
- Additional Services: Process Western Union wires, cash advances, and cross-sell other bank products. 💼
- Customer Diversity Support: Serve a wide range of customers, including Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring inclusive service. 🌎
- Additional Tasks: Assist with any other duties related to bank operations as assigned. 🧑💼
- Attendance: Maintain regular, punctual attendance to ensure smooth branch operations. ⏰
Environmental & Physical Requirements
- Stand or walk for extended periods based on branch location. 🚶♂️
- Operate in a high-volume, potentially stressful and noisy environment. 🔊
- Work schedule is based on business needs and may change. 📆
- Use computers and office machinery efficiently. 💻
- Lift up to 50 lbs. when required. 💪

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old. 🎂
- High school diploma, equivalency, or current high school student. 🎓
- Ability to communicate professionally in both Spanish and English. 🗣️
- Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred. 🛍️
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. ⏳
- Successful completion of a background check. ✅
- Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers. 🤝
