Job Summary

The Patient Access Coordinator is a remote position responsible for efficiently managing incoming telephone calls, triaging patients' needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. If you're qualified and interested, please apply today! 📞

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitoring daily call metrics such as call volume, handle time, schedule adherence, quality, and abandon rate.

Essential Duties

  • Answer inbound calls promptly in a fast-paced environment. 🚀
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients requiring assistance. 🤝
  • Create patient records, triage calls, and send messages or schedule appointments based on patient needs.
  • Show professionalism and patience when handling calls.
  • Maintain department productivity to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and scorecard expectations.
  • Escalate calls to supervisors or other departments when necessary.
  • Provide information regarding patient appointments.
  • Assist with additional duties and handle other lines as assigned by the manager.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and scripting to meet call-time and quality standards.
  • Represent the organization's culture and values consistently. 🌟

Qualifications

  • At least 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken). 🗣️
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Intermediate computer skills; remote work experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology highly preferred, healthcare experience not mandatory.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and Wi-Fi connection required.

Location & Work Environment

  • Candidates must reside within 50 miles or within one hour of 265 E Rollins St, Suite 11100, Orlando, FL 32804.
  • Required to pick up equipment from our Orlando office.
  • While the role is fully remote, technical or performance issues may require on-site work until resolved.

Compensation

Pay Range: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr 💰
