We're Hiring: Bilingual Partner Growth Specialist (English/Spanish) in Austin, Texas (Hybrid) 🌟

Your Mission 🎯
As the Partner Growth Specialist, you will be the main contact for a portfolio of partner stores. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, resolving issues, and improving store performance — all to keep partners satisfied, help them supply more, and inspire sustainable behaviors.
Your Role & Responsibilities 🤝
- Drive success: optimize store operations via phone, email, and text communication.
- Build relationships: understand partner priorities, act as a subject matter expert, and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze performance: evaluate KPIs, identify growth areas, reduce refunds, and enhance partner/customer experience.
- Leverage tools: develop expertise in Looker, Salesforce, Ninja, and MyStore.
- Collaborate: work with Sales to onboard new partners and with cross-functional teams to support partner needs.
- Contribute: participate in projects to improve KPIs, complete call lists, and campaign actions on time.
- Advocate: collaborate with the Care Team and other departments to improve user experiences and gather feedback.
- Team spirit: offer coverage, assist with projects, and support team meetings.
Key Capabilities 🧠
- Bilingual proficiency: fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience: background in B2B client-facing roles such as Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service.
- Tech-savvy: familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics (e.g., Looker, Tableau), and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Data-driven: comfortable working with KPIs and targets.
- Excellent communicator: skilled in quick, clear, and friendly partner interactions.
- Relationship builder: empathetic, patient, and effective in connecting with others.
- Independent: self-managed, able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proactive: adaptable and eager to contribute ideas in a fast-growing environment.
- Collaborative: eager to learn, share, and grow with the team.
Preferred Qualifications 🎓
- Knowledge of food and/or hospitality industry.
- Understanding of tech marketplace/SAAS customer success principles.

Compensation 💰
The estimated base salary range for this role is USD $55,000 - $60,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus. Actual compensation varies based on experience and skills.
