Your Role & Responsibilities

• Customer Consultations: Use a consultative sales approach on the floor to guide customers through their choices, showcasing your passion for helping others.
• Community Engagement: Participate in local events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to build relationships.
• Flexible Scheduling: Work between 9 am - 9 pm, including weekends. Schedules are set two weeks in advance based on seniority.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by staying flexible and embracing change as you keep up with the latest technology and customer needs.
• Experience & Training: Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No experience? No problem — we provide the training, tools, and coaching to help you succeed!

Compensation & Incentives 💰

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $21.44 - $23.48 per hour plus $13,700+ in commissions if sales goals are met. Top performers with uncapped commissions can earn over $62,460 annually. Salary varies based on geography, experience, and education.
