About the Role

Our part-time Retail Sales Consultants enjoy the opportunity to maximize earnings by working during peak store hours, including evenings and weekends. With excellent pay, fewer hours, and a focus on sales, this is your chance to succeed and advance!

What You'll Do 💼

• Engage Customers: Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, showcasing your passion for helping people.
• Community Engagement: Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to current and potential customers.
• Work Schedule: Shift hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Schedules are posted 2 weeks in advance and are based on seniority.
• Stay Current: Adapt to the evolving tech landscape in a fast-paced environment by remaining flexible and open to change.

Qualifications & Training 🔧

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus — but no worries if you're new! We provide the tools, training, and coaching needed to help you succeed and achieve your goals.

Compensation & Incentives 💰

• Base Pay: Between $12.92 - $14.72 per hour
• Commission Potential: Up to $13,700+ in commissions when sales goals are met
• Part-Time Earnings: Retail Sales Consultants working 20-24 hours/week average $53,364 annually in total compensation
• Starting salary varies based on geography, experience, and education.
