What You'll Do 🛍️

• Engage Customers: Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, showcasing your passion for helping people
• Community Involvement: Participate in events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and potential customers
• Schedule: Work between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with schedules available two weeks in advance based on seniority
• Stay Current: Adapt to the evolving tech landscape and customer needs in a dynamic environment
• Experience: Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; no experience? We offer training, tools, and coaching to help you succeed!

Compensation 💰

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $18.49 - $20.45 per hour plus over $13,700 in commissions if sales goals are achieved. Top performers can make up to $62,460 annually with uncapped commissions. Salary may vary based on location, experience, and education.
