We are seeking a passionate and bilingual (English & Spanish) Operations Manager to oversee hotel staffing operations, support our team members, and foster strong relationships with hotel partners. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hotel leaders
• Visit hotel sites weekly to ensure service quality and staffing coverage
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members
• Assist with engagement activities and celebrations for our team
• Respond promptly to client and staffing needs
• Ensure payroll accuracy and HR compliance
• Promote HotelPro’s values and a positive company culture

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish — a must! 🇺🇸🇪🇸
• 1+ year of experience as a Supervisor or Leader
• Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for site visits)
• Experience working independently and making informed decisions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a professional and respectful approach
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
• Passion for people, problem-solving, and creating positive experiences

Compensation & Additional Details

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Performance bonus, bi-weekly car allowance of $200, and potential for growth included!
