Job Description: Operational Excellence Manager
The Operational Excellence Manager leads major Lean and cultural transformations across clients in the Food & Beverage, CPG, and General Manufacturing sectors. You will implement QAD Redzone software and provide expert coaching to achieve significant productivity gains and personal growth.
Our coaches work within highly autonomous teams led by a Coach Director, with hands-on experience in delivering continuous improvement (CI) in manufacturing environments. They collaborate directly with shop floor staff, frontline leaders, CI directors, and C-level executives to make a real impact.

- This is a Full-Time, Exempt, Remote role.
- Requires travel up to 42 weeks/year, primarily Monday through Thursday.
- Travel involves both driving and flying to customer locations, up to 80% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is essential π£οΈ
- Oversee and coach 5-7 customers simultaneously
- Train clients on workflows within Redzone software through multiple 90-day on-site deployments
- Facilitate shop-floor Huddles and Daily Vital Signs meetings to support action cycles
- Track performance data and measure customer improvements throughout deployments
- Lead process improvement and kaizen activities
- Share feedback openly to promote positive behaviors and results
- Conduct remote weekly progress meetings with customers
- Identify and celebrate miracle stories and results
- Manage project schedules and provide Success Assessments upon completion
- Deliver executive overviews and explain Redzone programs
- Troubleshoot technical issues as needed
- Support customers in defining next steps in their Redzone journey
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Senior operations leadership experience in manufacturing
- Hands-on manufacturing roles such as Operations Manager, Supervisor, or CI Manager
- Experience with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and continuous improvement
- Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment
- Ability to build and sustain strong client and team relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Sound judgment and strong assessment abilities
- Effective time management in high-paced settings
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfort with technical communication β networking, wireless, software
- Willingness to learn new software tools
- PLC experience preferred but not required
Education & Experience
- BA or BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years in similar coaching roles (preferred but not mandatory)
Compensation & Benefits
United States
- Base salary range: $125,000 - $150,000 USD annually
- Salary placement varies based on experience, skills, and location
- Eligibility for annual performance bonus

Additional Compensation Details
- Base salary range: $115,000 - $135,000 USD annually
- Potential for additional performance incentives
- Same comprehensive benefits package as above
