Therapy Tree Is Hiring A Bilingual Office Manager

Therapy Tree is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Office Manager to efficiently manage the daily operations of our outpatient pediatric clinic, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and welcoming environment for staff, children, and families. 🌟

Responsibilities

• Must be Bilingual (Spanish): Communicate effectively with our diverse patient families and staff.
• Fridays: Monitor the NCNS sheet and ensure all charges are approved.
• Support therapists by providing access to essential technology, protocols, and therapy materials, while managing upkeep, charging, and stocking all items.
• Optimize and fill clinic schedules, actively working toward meeting business KPIs.
• Document and create decision trees, develop, and document business processes.
• Train and manage employees, including creating and maintaining training materials.
• Be present at the clinic on a rotating basis during all hours of operation, including evenings and weekends, to stay familiar with clinic operations.
• Conduct safety checks, oversee maintenance of the clinic and equipment, and manage cleaning crews.
• Respond to after-hours security and maintenance issues, and cover other clinics as needed.
• Manage the clinic budget and oversee purchasing decisions.
• Train patients for check-in, payments, registration, and documentation.
• Potentially manage remote clinics without an Office Manager.
• Collaborate with other OMs and participate in weekly meetings with the Executive Team to track KPI progress.
• Work closely with the Clinical Director (CD) to support their success, including translating as needed; completion of a medical translation course is required.
• Answer phones and emails to assist with various inquiries.
