About the Position

💰 Salary and Benefits

• Estimated Total Annual Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000
• Profit Sharing: $15,000 to $20,000 annually
• Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance: Employer covers 85%

• Student Loan Repayment: $350 monthly
• Paid Time Off: Three weeks (15 days) plus five days for CME with a $1,500 allowance

🩺 Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients (ages 17 and up)
• See 20-25 patients daily, with appointments ranging from 3 to 20 minutes on average
• Work a 4-day week, with up to 35 patient-facing hours and a minimum of 5 administrative hours
• Complete administrative tasks remotely from home
• Participate in a once-a-month Saturday rotation: one full Saturday (8 AM - 5 PM) and potentially two shorter days (8 AM - 2 PM)
• Provide on-call support every 12 weeks via phone for urgent clinical issues (about 3 calls per week)

🗓️ Schedule

• Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (rotational coverage)

🔍 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
• Fluent Spanish proficiency is mandatory
• Preferred skills in joint injections, toenail extractions, minor surgeries, urgent care procedures, and incisions
