🎯 Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass personal and team sales goals, adhering to AT&T's standards
  • Assist in store operations, staffing, inventory management, and maintaining a welcoming store appearance
  • Support the training, development, and performance management of team members
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, helping customers make informed buying decisions
  • Participate in marketing activities to maximize sales opportunities
  • Create a fun, clean, and engaging store environment for both customers and staff
  • Work collaboratively with your team to exceed collective goals
  • Prepare for advancement into a Retail Store Manager role through skill development

🎓 Required Qualifications

  • Management experience in a similar or related field, preferably in the wireless industry
  • Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environments
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bilingual skills (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience prospecting through outbound calls (preferred)
  • Must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and possess a High School diploma or equivalent

🧍‍♂️ Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Most roles involve standing and walking for extended periods, lifting objects up to 10 pounds, reaching, climbing ladders, stooping, kneeling, and fine handling of merchandise. Vision requirements include working with small parts and screen visibility, which can be met with corrective lenses if necessary. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals.
