Key Responsibilities ✅
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, identifying needs and providing appropriate products and services
- Build trust and productive relationships with customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed sales goals regularly
- Maintain detailed work order files and stock inventory
- Pull products from floor or warehouse, and tint/mix products to specifications
- Stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist with deliveries and load/unload trucks as needed
- Maintain a presentable and fully stocked store environment
- Stay informed about products and suggest improvements for sales
Minimum Requirements 📝
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work legally without sponsorship
- Proficient in English and Spanish (reading, writing, comprehension)
- Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without accommodations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications 🌟
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles
- Experience selling paint and related products
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
