About the Position

Customer Service Specialists collaborate closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer product-related questions, and recommend suitable solutions. They are responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns, maintaining product quality standards, and achieving excellent customer service while meeting sales goals. The role involves contact with customers, access to various items of value, and access to sensitive information, with employment potentially requiring a criminal history review for safety and security reasons.

• Store #705127: 305 Baltimore Pike, Bel Air, MD 21014

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service 😊
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services 📞
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers 🤝
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures 💵
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis 🎯
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas 📁
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse 🛒
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications 🎨
• Stock shelves and set up displays 🛍️
• Clean store equipment 🧼
• Load/unload delivery trucks 🚚
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed 🚚
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas 🏪
• Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options 🧠
• Comply with inventory control procedures 📊
• Suggest ways to improve sales 💡

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old 🚶‍♂️
• Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship now or in the future 🌐
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish 🗣️
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License 🚗
• Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, and 70 lbs. on occasion 💪
• Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends 🕒

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED 🎓
• At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service 🏢
• Previous experience selling paint and related products 🎨
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment ⚙️
