Position: Full-time Flex Houseparents 🏠
We are seeking committed married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this life-changing role, couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing essential care, guidance, supervision, and support to a group of approximately 8–13 students. They foster a family-like environment that nurtures students' full potential.
Responsibilities
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental and recreational activities
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing household budgeting and reporting
Initially, Flex Houseparents support various student homes on a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. During weekdays, they have unscheduled time while students are in school. Eventually, they transition into a Placed Houseparent role, residing and working with the same group of students in their own home.

- Salary: $44,768 per person (approximate total compensation of $168,000 per couple), including free housing, meals during duty, utilities, and more

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Legally married couples for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Maximum of three dependent children residing in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one approved breed of dog
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role models for students
