Position: Full-time Flex Houseparents
As Flex Houseparents, couples reside in on-campus student homes, offering care, guidance, supervision, and support to groups of approximately 8–13 students. This unique career creates meaningful impacts in students’ lives by providing a structured, nurturing environment. ❤️
Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship 🌱
- Managing household routines and student schedules 🗓️
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness 💊
- Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational engagements 🚗🎨
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel 🙏
- Overseeing household budgeting and reporting 💼
Initial Schedule: During the first phase, Flex Houseparents support various student homes on a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. Weekday hours include unscheduled personal time when students are in school. Eventually, houseparents transition into a Placed Houseparent role, residing and working with the same group of students in a dedicated home.

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be aged 27 or older
- Reside with no more than three dependent children
- Commitment to maintaining a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty 🚭
- Pet limitations: only fish and one approved dog breed 🐟🐕
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain certification to drive student vans 🚗
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel (proselytizing prohibited)
- High school diploma or GED required 🎓
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated professionalism and integrity, serving as role models for students
